If towing a Freelander, it becomes an unbraked trailer due to being over 750kg. Think we've discussed this many times, it being illegal without (overrun ? ) brakes.
Agreed. But they would have to have the engine running, whilst driving using the gears. If not, then theyd be coasting. Thats illegal too.not if someone sits in the car operating the brakes![]()
