Well it happened again today, so methodically I checked every bit of the wiring with no success, then if by magic once the O/S h4 plug is taken off the lamp hey presto the other lamp fires up to full strength, then I replace the plug and it's working again all day.

Thanks for the reply, the earth point for the N/S plug is under the N/S wing and everything is well cable tied to the O/S plug so not likely to influence it..

Hello, during the summer i installed a Red Bison Boomslang unit to my headlights and its been running just fine until tonight when i noticed my N/S headlight was very dull, so i set about fault finding, all wiring is good an clean still, fuse is good, relays checked and head light plug...

Sorry i didnt get this earlier, and im presuming you have made a choice on paint already but for what its worth its held out pretty good and because of the nature of the paint when it came to tiding up a few dings, simply rubbing down the area and applying a few fresh coats it blends in very well.

No idea how it could have happened, all possibilities ruled out by some perfectly good explanation, and leaves the mind boggled.

trying to get my hand on a Diagnostic machine is proving harder then i thought, so i think a purchase will have to be made, can anyone tell me a good inexpensive unit to buy..

Aye, if I put a jump across the relay slot it fires up, I think it's 30 and 87 on the green relay by the gear shifter.

Thanks for the Replies, Im completely lost now. 1) All wiring front to back is good for continuity 2) Fuel pump is good, tested from green relay by gear shifter. 3) Checked relays with 12v supply and multimeter and they are all good 4) all fuses are good And yet i still have no fuel pump...
