hi there and welcome, i am new to the Range Rover p38 hard shoulder club lol mynes a 99 4.0se and touch the wood dash that the car has bin fine so far, owned it three weeks and only planning to drive it at the weekends, hope you enjoy driving it as much as i do, where abouts you from?

I have heard bad things n good things, but what you get for £1500 is not bad at all it's had a full service and had new air bags all round inc new air pump, and 12months mot, only thing wrong is the mpg it's reading 10.5mpg lol !

my plan was to keep the wheels on but just change the tyres, and keep the standard tyres when i come to sell the RR later (b4 it goes bang)!!

True lol, its only a weekend toy so less use = less problems.... i think !!!

thank you, i am spending today having a look around to see what i can get my hands on. my road tyres now have about 4.5mm tread ,they are ok off road but not the best. again thank you for your help and advice.

At the moment I have toyo 225/50/19 and I don't think they are 100% for green lanes etc. they are Good on the road but not so good off road, any idea of what tyres I need to do 50% green lane and 50% road. with out changing my 19s Regards Chris

Hi there and welcome, I bought a Range rover p38 4.0 se on a R-reg with 105,000 it's in good nick And paid £1400 all electrics work and had full new air bags and pump so it lifts and lowers as it should, heated seats work etc what else do u want for the price ?. Regards chris
