this is the one i dont want and i had from the m47 rover 75 engine

yes been looking, i bought a 75 engine and it was the wrong crank, there must be a few types, there is a type with a short nose and no oil pump drive... the crank i want is the one on the right!

been on ebay loads looking! i think the enigne maybe the td4 but not sure.

Hello, can someone please help me, im looking for a crankshaft for my bmw, im not 100% sure of the one i want but i am told they are fitted into the bmw m47 engine which is also fitted to the freelander as the m47r i believe the engine code im after exactly is M47B20 not D20 and defonatly not...

I dont know with out having another look tomorrow, i think 4, but i dont know im guessing. its a 5 speed box, its got detent springs at the rear when you take the shift mechanism off the top, i cant think of anything else that may make it more destinctive to you if you know what i mean...

i have a fair idea on whats what, but what do you do with the reverse etc? should he get a second hand box or recon it? we are by liverpool btw

ok its a 5 speed i think... can you not split the box some how in the car? Is there anything hard about the job? I mean, i have never worked on a LR before... Well, i have but i work for Brit tipp, we make them into little tippers!
