    Any recomendations? the rears are Wranglers, the front are bloody 6 ply van tyres {no wonder its noisey} I don`t do any silly off road stuff just normal road and the odd farm track to get me fishing etc, sizes are195/80x15. cheers

    easy way to ease the water collection I found, was to drill a couple of holes in the bottom left side of the storage compartment, doesn`t stop the leak but at least the water can drain out.

    job done!! got the new ignition switch £13.20 fitted this morning all seems well. Only took 3/4 of hour start to finish, Remove the cowling from steering column, unscrew the 2 small phillips scews on switch at the back of the steering lock, unplug the wiring connector, refit in reverse order...

    Hi chaps, help is reqd cos the 99 1.8 gl has developed an intermittent fault when i try to start it, sometimes when the key is turned fully to start nothing happens, the starter is not engaged, yet other times no problem the starter motor is engaged as it should! any ideas please?

    rattle on front suspension

    me thinks it could be worth replacing the drop links etc as Tatooboo suggests, can one purchase the bushes or does one have to get the full damn drop link?
