It is worth physically checking the fuse before going for a faulty pump. The electrical connector on the bottom of the filter is a moisture sensor and often fails. Many people disconnect/cut the wires as the light on the dash can come on for no reason.

Jim- maybe the fuel lines have air in after changing the fuel filter. If you turn ign on and depress accel pedal 5 times, it will enter a purge and prime mode and should get air out of system. Maybe the fuel pump is squealing a bit now? This would indicate air. Otherwise the pump is U/S and...

We see many cars come i with these problems and generally it will be air flow meter failed or oil in the injection loom. We are now seeing fuel pump failures too.

You may only notice an improvement if the EGR is faulty in the first place. The blanking plate can be fitted either end of the exhust connection.

We are always happy to hear of any feedback, good or bad so we can improve our manufacturing proceedure. If people don't tell us of a problem, we cannot help to fix it. Weld breakage is a very unusual problem and I would like to investigate if possible.

:) Our new speed delimiter does not affect the speedo or have any detrimental effect on the car other than allowing you to go faster than 82! On the french and german autoroutes, the car becomes easier to drive as you have that little extra speed for over taking.
