    As Clivees pointed out, they are wing mounted, round type..........but pretty much useless for seeing traffic coming up behind you.........how correct do you want to make the vehicle??

    I have one you can have for free, good condition, small dent in roof, but they all have that, just needs new runners for the two sliding glass panels at the back.Perhaps the LZ courier option worth a punt.....I'm in Aberdeenshire.

    Them was banned for use by a lot of operators offshore years ago, get them wet or covered in oil and they can only be used once, been chopping hundreds of them up since.........real shame!:)

    Roof rack/roll cage looks heavy duty, did it make the LR roll/lean much on corners, just thinking if the mass was acting like a pendulum and costing you traction on the rough ground?

    Nice location, what was wrong with the LR set up that you could not get up that small incline. Were you by any chance trying to crawl up in low gear with the engine idling?:confused:
