Just spoke with Garage. They reckon might be getting fuel into engine via sump which is why the oil level is showing high ? It's going back tomorrow to try and sort out. Was showing a bit of a problem with 3rd injector in the service - might be the cause of the problem?

Go for a TD4 2004 onwards, check all the elec. windows & tail window all work. Also do a few tight manouvers on the turn in reverse & 1st gear - listen for any bangs which could show up a cracked sub-chassis.
