    If you don't want to drill your bulkhead, have you thought of magnets? I've got some off ebay, 20mm diameter and 2mm thick, and they hold 8lbs each :O I've got them in my landy too, to hold stuff in place. the shop is called guysmagnets or something.     I think the other thread is this: wont run on petrol but will on gas we had a range rover years ago, and it ran like a bag of hammers, get some good quality leads (i.e. not the cheapest ones!) and when you route them make sure they aren't close to any metal bits if you can help it...

    Bulkhead swap

    I'd steer clear of powder coating personally, doesn't it chip and then allow water to creep in between the powdercoat layer and metal? I'd go to a decent paint suppliers and get some good quality red oxide, and then paint over it with underseal, it's what I did with mine anyway. Don't...

    200 TDi Conversion problem

    If the clutch pressure plate is slightly off it will be a tiny bit off centre, have you got the clutch pedal connected up to it yet? try pushing the clutch down, maybe it'll align itself and free up. We had this problem quite recently, fitting a V8 into my sisters 90.. it was a real nightmare...

    Changing diesel tank

    the sender is sandwiched to the tank with a steel ring, you'll need to tap it round gently, and the steel ring will loosen up then. quite hard to explain without a picture :confused:
