    Thanks for the De sooting advice, I was more thinking about the hard carbon that builds up around the veins and mechanism, my freelander has done 118k, I have had millers in the tank so I was thinking about sorting the exhaust side without removing the turbo.

    Thanks for the input guys, So the inploding pipe, the more revs the worse it gets ! must be demand from the engine ! The actuator rod is now coverd in WD and soom ill free it off but !!!! I removed the 90 elbow that comes from the turbo to the hard piping and all the interior rubber is loose...

    Thanks for the advice so far, I poped in the newbie section and said hi :) The pipe thats inploding is on the high pressure intake so if anything should be inflated, im not to sure what it runs at half a bar ? :)
