I took my Range Rover in to have the marks on the bodywork repaired and tidied up. At 19 years old it is starting to collect marks from people who are hitting it with shopping trolleys.

I had this prob with my Disco 2, before using diagnostic I checked wheel bearings for play, the front neaside was worn, put on new hubs and they came with sensors, job done started up all lights out no more probs.

My disco handbook states 28 front and 38 in rear, same as my P38 with same wheel and tyre size.

It would appear that you have checked main items, but as sierrafery says check the harness and battery voltage. I wonder when you said you can smell unburnt fuel, if the fuel is getting into cylinders and then exhaust (hence the smell) are the compressions low, you said it runs on brake cleaner...
