Yes it turned out to be the the lower engine tie rod, changed that and problem solved. Thanks guys.

I tried levering the engine backwards and forwards underneath and the lower tie rod seems pretty loose with alot of movement, perhaps changing this would solve it. Anyone know of the tie rod causing noises like this?
