you sure it's all well and the timing is correct?.. as they can be sods to get correct also, some can be right swines to get primed. mine, which admittedly was knackered and down on compression, needed a hell of a lot of cranking to get it going if i mucked with the fuel lines.

my god, waving isn't so simple. is it a series? auto wave is it a defender? is it new? no wave is it old? wave is it modded? is it used? wave is it new? no wave but then we have to add.. are they waving first? how fast is the traffic? did i wave to them before and not get one...

the defender rails on yours will use two screws on the front (maybe back), while the newer defender ones use a single bolt you'd need to drill new holes on the seat boxes to fit newer style ones.. easy enough mind

yup, they used two brown wires instead of a larger single one for the battery. that goes to B D+ is for the warning light, brown/yellow W is for a tacho.. if yours uses that It earths via the mounting bolts
