Took mine out and replaced it with Pioneer 7" touch screen with dvd player usb connection,Bluetooth and reverse camera. also replaced the dreaded Landy speakers with Pioneer and the tweeters with Harmon Kardon well pleased now.

as far as i am aware there is only the one fuel pump in that year td4 and it is housed along with the filter in the rear driverside wheel arch?

The link to the photo you have posted is the fuel pump in the rear wheel arch same as the one i changed on my 2004 td4

That'll be the one in the rear driverside wheel arch then.Just done mine along with the filter replaced my pump with the bosch one from Europarts.Just have a look behind the wheel arch liner and you will see the pump in it's own housing along with the filter.There is plenty of info on the forum

Further to the problems i had with the loss of reverse gear after the removal of the wrong bolt by the garage.They have now sorted this with an easy simple fix i will post the details when i receive the write up from the mechanic from the garage.All is now well and smooth as silk happy days...
