Well the part that protrudes into the hole is broken it looks like the catch has snapped, if I get a new catch how do I go about changing it? After unbolting it I was trying to manipulate it through the hole but I cant see how you get the wires and cable off, any advice please?

Well thanks for the advice guys, and yes there was a fuse in position 11, but how was I able to drive it like this as I didnt fit it and i've been driving it like this! Anyway onward and upward until the next challenge arises, which I'm sure will be soon and once again guys thanks!

Hi, anybody got any idea why a 2.5 dse automatic would display gearbox problem, and then apparently jump out of gear but this only happens when coasting say for instance if going downhill etc? If you pull over and re-engage drive its ok again for a while
