    sorted loose key barrel on drivers door which had gradually been working its way out. Being as I'd got the door card off I sprayed everything with WD and lubed the winder mechanism which had been literally winding me up (no pun intended ) every time I lowered the window it juddered down rather...

    I completely agree with your second comment, but the question was 'Landy engine' Btw I happen to like the noise my Landy makes, but that's probably just me.

    Probably tempting fate here, but the 200 in mine is still going strong with no problems since the up day I bought it 10 years ago, 1 puff of smoke on start up, regularly serviced, never thrashed, still pulls well ( up hills ) ( it used to be red but now its blue ) keeps up with todays traffic...

    Well thanks to everybody who contributed. The whole point of this thread was input. Varying degrees of which was recieved, thanks again. And the final colour is Oslo blue.

    It is a nice subtle green, whereas the epsom can look black in some lights.:doh: What to do what to do?

    update. It's gonna be blue or green. But which sodding one? Oslo blue, Epsom green or Tonga green?
