    excessive smoke fuel burner

TBH Alan it wasn't that bad, the original quote of £1200 was including the Intercooler (big bugger it is too) but only the Rad required so it was £275 + VAT. Surprisingly cheep considering your average price for a car one is around the £100 mark, just glad I'm not paying for it. ;)

    My Latest Project

You might venture further south this year & enjoy the two day heatwave we might have this year, or maybe not. :p:p Don't blame you, I think the cloth I used was less than a tenner IIRC, a bit darker than usual but I like it. ;);)

When you do the roof lining if you use that spray glue get the high temp stuff, you will end up doing it again when it gets hot in the summer. Did mine not long after I got it, had to do it again after the first summer, been fine since.

Not sure about the Webasto, but you can get service kits for Eberspacher heaters, plenty on eBay. Again not too sure about the Webasto, but on the Eberspacher heaters there is a gauze that surrounds the Glow plug this gets blocked causing it to smoke profusely, you can strip it & clean the gauze...

Changing seats from manual to electric?

I just used a grey cloth for the roof lining, make sure you use a good quality glue to stick it. I used hi-temp spray on stuff & it does make a difference believe me. Why not use Leather for the pillars, I did on mine, looks really good if you take the time. HTH. :)

Flexible Height Sensors...never seen these before!

Yes, very. But I can't see those Airbags lasting very long, even if they are Gen III Arnots.

    EAS diagnostic software.

Saying that Steve, not all Drivers work with all PC's. Ti's a Driver issue, nothing else. You can't expect Keith to include all the Drivers for all PC's when they are readily available to those who look for them properly, there so many platforms to chose from, WinXP, WIn7, Win8 & the 64bit...

230Volt 30Amp supply, so no. Look at the Blue three pin plug in the picture, that's what you need with a 30Amp supply at the least.

    What is this?

Personally I'd be very careful with some of the offerings from eBay. I bought a set of apparently original Delphi Glow plugs off the bay for about £30 they lasted all of 3 months, you buy cheep, you buy twice. Got some genuine Bosch ones in now, no problems in the past 12 months. NGK, Bosch or...
