I thought it may have been the belt slipping. Think I may have got fluid on the belt which is causing it to slip, I'll have a look when I next get chance. Cheers shifty

What u suggest, start shopping for a new pump? Don't understand how changing a gasket has now caused poor pump. I do remember the new gasket being a lil tight to slip on, wonder if it's rubbing on the inside as its a metal/rubber gasket.

Hi, Ok here goes my story; Noticed groaning noise when turning and opened the bonet to take a look around. Noticed PAS fluid was low and found that the gasket had gone on the PAS pump. So took it all out, replaced gasket and put back together. Filled reservoir tank up, released bleed nut...

Mine has just started to leak slightly. Is there a gasket near the pump as it seems to be coming from where the pipe connects to pump? would be very greatful for any help Cheers Whittal

Hi Ross, I have the same issue i think. I break to slow down then release, if i break immediately again the breaks feel spongey. I'll get the bonet up at the weekend as i think the egr blanking as also affected breaking some how. I'll let you know if i find anything. some advice from the guys...
