All fixed now. Blocked fuel filter had caused the fuel injector fuse to blow. Changed the filter and the fuel pump was still drawing 10 amps.... Changed both the fuel pump relay and fuel injector relay. Pump now draws 4.5amps and she's running like a dream :)

Not sure what you mean. I pressed the schrader valve and no fuel comes out. That's as much as I know. Could I use a cheap tyre pressure gauge to check the pressure values?
