Thanks for the replys, no didn't check the Gbox sump, and yes possible low battery as its been stood for nearly a week since last run. Ps sorry sypher coundn't find a thread for Discovery Auto box problems, can you point me in the right direction

Hi Sorry if I sound thick but here goes, just bought a Discovery that had been stood for over a year, everything is ok but the auto box electrics are playing up, first the over temp light came on after driving 3-4miles, then today I went to reverse out of the drive and the M & S lights started...
