the smoke is still grey, currently trying to find a way to home test the fuel pressure to the common rail, may be not getting enough fuel through. any one got any ideas for test?

Hello HD3 checked all pipes and ok. Have done some more investigation and it appears that she might be overfuelling; perhaps the common rail pressure sensor is kaput as when turned over it jumps lumps along without starting. need to find a cheap one of these now.....

Thanks for the info, have used VCU test, and seems the vcu is seized would not move freely as shown in Hippos video, tried with weights on did not make it too floor very slow and jerky movement and if leant on no movement whatsoever! Have removed the front prop until can get new unit. Does...
