GoiNg to see a defender 90 (2000) model on Saturday. It had bench seats in the back which fold up, so can accommodate six. The seats have lap belts. Where does the law and insurers stand on these bench seats? And i assume they are not a good place to be sitting if involved in an accident...

Forgot to add, it's also got a roofrack and mountain rescue style lights on top? So I wondered if it was possibly a little used recovery/safety/injured pesons vehicle for mountain rescue or ski slopes, hence the improved chassis and low mileage?

Hi mark. Thanks for the offer, but my boss has to stay with the current supplier. Head office has arranged the supplier and price on a contract as we need diesel and kerosene throughout Scotland. I know there's cheaper, but for whatever reason they chose Brogan Fuels??

Thanks for the info Mark! It's is good quality biodiesel, in fact, the last load of 3,000litres he got was £1.49 a litre which was 3p more expensive a litre than esso, but it's easier for the business to have bulk fuel around and for claiming back the vat! I shall as you suggest mixing it to...

Hi all, on the look out for a used defender came across the Dillers 4x4 site in Leeds. I see they only offer mobile numbers as opposed to landlines which made me a little sceptical. Has anyone any experience of the company? Thanks J.
