I'm gonna be fitting a 200tdi (obviously) into my old 1986 ex-army 90 and wondered as i have to buy an intercooler does anyone have experience of getting a bigger than standard intercooler. I can't afford Alisport or owt like that and wondered if anything from another car would fit the bill...

I got a 1986 ex army 90 that's goes like a slug stuck in treacle. It's got a big dent on the passenger side when he fell over. He's called Birty (the dealer said it was Birty basic and it stuck):)
