yeah they said it was a pack but it has to come off to be replaced

I have spoken to a local firm who repair alti`s they said that the diode fails and drains the batt when stood, I was going to take it off so that they can check the alti and replace the diode if its faulty, But!!! i cant get the bloody thing off, the bottom bolts is seized solid, :frusty:

Hello, I dont yet own a Land Rover , But iam looking for a Disco around a 1996, Ive seen one i the trader, 300 tdi 130k 2990, Iam not well up on these motors and i would be grateful of any help that you can give me. Hope you can guide me in the right direction,:rolleyes:
