I have just started the Land Rover, it started to leak fuel, gave the carb a few taps with a hammer and it stopped leaking. I then started and stopped the Rover 5 times and no leaking fuel :)

I will take to carb off again when i get home and see if it does or not and double check the needle is not stuck. Thank you for your help. David.

I have a 1991 110 V8 with SU carbs, its started leaking fuel out of the off side carb vent tube on idle. I have changed the float needle seat and float needle. Ive just refitted the carb and it still leaks fuel out of the vent tube. Does any one have any ideas how I can fix this problem...

I had my Crossmember fitted last week by Pressbrake also. You cant fault Pressbrake`s professionalism. A very high standard of work for reasonable cost. David.

If I was looking at it i would ; 1, Have a good look at the " recently waxoiled chassis " whats the seller trying to hide ? 2, What V8 is it ,is it a Land Rover V8 , Rover SDI V8 ,how old ? get the engine number find out the price for parts , When do they change the engine oil ? 3, Disc...

Sort the bulkhead asap On my LR every door has rust holes in some big some not so big ,at some point i will get new ones.
