    ACE leak....help please

Grab a torch and look at the pipes just above the rear axle They can rust through where the pipes bend, the water & road salt that gets thrown up under the chassis drips back and pools at the bottom of these bends on its way back down.

I had a very similar problem last year on my TD5. The three lights came on, so I got fault codes read and it said intermittent signal from the front driver side wheel. Had it re set and it was OK for a few months, but they came back on again. I removed the sensor and found that it's face was...

    Whats It For ?????????????

As far as I know all the wiring is there you just need to fit the switch and a new windscreen, somewhere in the region of £300 I think if I recall correctly. The switch is a piece of cake, but I'd get the windscreen professionally installed as they can slip while there setting in place causing...

Hi all Another leak Problem i am afraid

Do you have a sun roof on yours? Because if you do then thats the most likely source of the leak. The drainage tubes run down the A posts, so if the seals have gone on them then the water will be seeping along the outside of the tubes and into the roof lining.

    does this sound decent?

Bear in mined that the back seats in a disco 1 are side facing so you'll not be able to use them for putting the kids in as they get older(new child seat regs say that they have to be front facing), ironically rear bench seats in a series III are legal because they don't have seat belts

    ABS/HDC/SL Warnings all on

Oh yeah and you'll defiantly need test book or autologic to turn the lights off even after you find and fix the problem :(

    ABS/HDC/SL Warnings all on

The sensors are in the wheel hubs, and the ABS will still work if its only an intermittently dodgy sensor. Replacement sensors cost around £60, you'll probably need to use test book to find out which one (if any) is on the fritz.

    DII Diff lock

I know it's cheeky to hijack you'r thread, but dose any one know if it trips the Traction Control light when engaged, and if so will that need a Test Book or Autologic to reset?
