Levels are fine and sensor looks and seems to be fine

I cant get my brake warning light off, brakes work fine but light wont go off when handbrake goes down, I have tried unplugging switch and still wont go out. All I want now is the light out, how do I get the light out even if it is all the time. Pull fuse? Relay?

My exhaust has started blowing from the flex pipe infont of cat, can some one help I have looked on ebay and there seems to be 3 type for my freelander. It is a 1.8 2001. Im hoping i dont need to get full pipe with cat.

Ok got the side steps but they didnt come with new rivnuts like they were suppose to, took them to a garage to get them welded on but he said he was worried about welding to front bracket the nearest to the outside of the car cause he thought there maybe wires inside and didnt want to start...

it still had the hydrolic/air level suspension

thats good its just there seems to be alot for sale at 150000 but havent seen any higher..... yet Dont no if my mate is going to go for it now the guy selling it says it needs 2 new rocker gaskets which always worries me if it was that simple you would fix it and keep it so why sell.

A mate has been looking at a range rover 4.0 that has covered 150 000 with fsh is this alot for bthese engines or are they good for alot more if looked after? its also an auto.

do I just drop all coolant then refill or do i need to flush it out?? Also I havent looked around the system what is easiest way and access to drop fluid on the freelander??

My freelander had its first good long drive since I got it on the road, And the car had stood for over a year before that. What I noticed was the colant had gone from its clean redish/pink to black, is this a problem or is it just from the hoses and ****e in radiator cause it has sat for a year??

I am looking at getting some parts from a Freelander in a breakers and it has side steps, how easy is it to fit these and how?

thanks hippolover this job will be added to the rest lol almost got the hippo on the road hope this week with the 3 amegos and no elec front windows. thats me at £1050 all in so £900 to go and I then start spending more than she is worth thats if I had £900 to start with.

right looked at car today and the update is, unpluged switch under handbrake lever and light stayed on checked brake fluid and is fine So im going for the 3 amegos are causing the problem. Need to save up the pennies for them, there £60ish each arent they??? still cant get old ones out...
