By the looks of the new pipework it’s jubilee clamps on the cooler side. I’m wondering if there is any particular thing that I should remove to make the job go smoothly. Think I’ll tackle the tear down tomorrow and see where I get to. Was thinking i may have the option of cutting the new pipes...

Any good write ups on changing gearbox oil cooler pipework? From what I can see it’s a bit of a pig. Going to be tackling it mid week when my new pipes turn up.

i have the disco handbrake cable so was going to see what worked when i fitted the transfer box I take it your talking about the handbrake cable and not the speedo cable?

Do i need to change the drive flanges of a disco 200tdi transfer box with the original defender 2.5td ones of my truck??? or can i fit the bad boy right on to my defender???
