01 Range Rover Overheating with No Heat?

Remove the thermostat and try it without one in, if it's still the same it could be your water pump. I've had the impeller shear off so it looks fine but is moving no water. On a worst case if it's a 4.6 it could be the block but hopefully it's not.

    buxton pay and play

I'm going to give it a try, as long as my RRC doesn't have different idea's. I guess I better change my twisted rear shaft before then.

hi all im new and just purchased a off roader

Hi :welcome2: I went to a pay and play in uttoxeter last weekend and had a great time but there is a big difference between green laning and uttoxeter P&P as its all in the woods so you will get a scratch or two weather you like it or not, but having said that a lot of green lanes are over grown...

    chunky tyres

I had a mate that got 65k miles out of a set of BFG M/T tyres on his 110 Td so as far as BFG tyres go you do get what you pay for. I run Insa Turbo Special Track and off road they are awesome and not bad on road, but be careful because they grip so well they can snap half shafts quite easily...

Hi all, Just getting into off roading and in need of advice?

Defender = Expensive but excellent off road but not that comfy. Gaylander = Gay I would go for a Discovery 200/300tdi as you get lots of car for the money and they are very good off road, and very comfy on road. Ps :welcome2:

    Fuel pump tweak WTF

Well it's now running great. I thought it was running to well when the revs picked up to be timing so I took DefenderOffender's advice and turned the diaphragm 90 degrees and returned the smoke adjustment screw back to stock and turned it in one turn. I can't believe the difference, it now has...

    Fuel pump tweak WTF

Ok the story is my good old RRC has a 200tdi fitted and is way underpowered when setting off. When I got it, it had the 200tdi with the lt77 and lt230 transfer with 1.222 ratio and stock 3.54diffs with 265/75 16 insa tyres, so i was thinking as the motor sounds sweet and seems to pull well when...
