I think your Gearbox Fault message is a consequence of the engine cutting out fault. The gearbox ecu will detect an under torque reading and call Gearbox Fault error. Get the engine cutting out fault fixed and the Gearbox Fault message should disappear (hopefully) I experienced a simular thing...
