Loss of power in freezing conditions

Mine is hard to start and won't rev in the cold on first startup. I just put it down to the cold temp making the lube and fuel oil thicken up and everything slow down. After a bit of cranking, oil pressure builds and the dash light goes out. When I stop cranking the oil pressure light takes AGES...

Inlet manifold!?!?!?!?!?! I never touched it!!!

So why did the bugger fall off? I mean, it's still there but it wobbles all over the shop and is noisy and this means my turbo won't be doing much. It looks as though the gasket is mashed as well. Exhaust manifold to come off it would seem. Any advice?

    Strange Problem!?

I can't help but think it may be related to the ambient temperature. Now that it is cold, mine also does this, I fire up and roll down the hill without revs but loads of grey smoke like a cartoon car. If I rev it's lumpy. By the time I get to the bottom of the hill - 300 yds? - it's warmed up...

    usenet stylee

Hm, back in the olden days it was possible to view forums threads through an email browser. Does anyone know if this is still possible and if so how. It'd be much faster than loading webpages all the time plus replies are automatically sent email stylee.
