Brake disc part

The front hub on my 1984 110 is bust - one of the bolts that holds the disc on has sheared and punched a hole in the drum - shaped bit.
I'm going to need another part but which one? Will the hub and disc off my 1994 Disco 1 be the same? I'd like to know before I strip down my Disco 1 or do I just go to my man on the hill?

Any help much appreciated...

Can you not just measure them?
