Got a B with line through flashing on dash. Rear wiper stopped working. No indicator lights orsound when try to use. Disco 2 running ok otherthan this.

Got a D with line through it flashing on the dash by the mileage counter. Also the rear wiper has stopped working and lost both indicators o sound or light on dash no light on exterior of car either.

That was it. Had someone try and start it today he said it’s purging the fuel which is good. But it won’t start. Looks like I’m going to have to bite the bullet and drop it to a decent garage.

Thanks for your help guys it turned out to be a collapsed pipe from the intercooler. Replaced with silicone one and running perfect. Thanks again all

Hi can anyone offer any advice on what I should be checking please. TD5 2001 running great then lots and lots of black smoke from exhaust. Still turns ok but can not drive it due to the amount of smoke. It’s a black colour smoke and it’s constant while engine running.
