    Noisy speedo head - do they need lube?

    Hi, The S3 speedo in my LR is noisy. I have fitted a new cable and the needle doesnt shake or bounce but does make a noise (loud enough to hear over the engine and other noises!). Can it be lubricated to make more silent or is it a replacement needed? Cheers Toby
