Great thanks for info, yes diff is only thing left, just paid 3000 at garage for various repairs and clunk got worse on take up and hard lock also clunks over bumps in rd now too, thanks again x

when i bought it the man i got it from said he had it chipped up that wouldnt make a difference would it?

they said waste gate was very sticky at first but has freed off a bit since they had it in workshop, will check the nanacom website thankyou i think thats what they had plugged into the disco when they had the tank out, is there no other way of sorting out a wastegate problem other than another...
