My 200tdi is dead :(the body was falling of the chassis and I was quoted £1000 to get an MOT on it :eek:. So I'm thinking about a replacement (the mondeo is crap) so my question is what would I get for £2000ish must me 7seats and I need an AUTO Thanks in advance Rob :D

While i'm here how do you guy's rate the standard of drivers in the snow so far? well round here (N Yorks) it has been crap if there was snow about they all slow down to 5mph and thats when the snow is only on the paths not the road :) lol

I would say now is the wrong time to buy but the right time to sell, I wanted a 300 but got a 200 last April/May time. It had 12 months MOT and I thought it was a good price (£1200) but since buying it it's has a new clutch new, shocks and springs, alternator and battery all in costing over £700...

might not need planning permission most grass track clubs run without planning but you will be limited to the number of days you can use it (most of our clubs are only allowed 12/13 meetings per yr) just a thought it could be worth looking into :) Rob

I have a Kreg 200TDI 180000miles and I get anything from 30 to 38 mpg but I think most of the time I am getting just over 30 :) and that's on diesel or veg oil. Although I have found it don't run as smooth on veg oil Rob
