    Check that it's not the exhaust vibrating on the sub frame where the down pipe lifts over it, piece of towel folded up and rammed in the gap will do it. Mine had me and various mechanics talkin **** for weeks until the front box welds finally gave up the ghost.

    temp gauge stopped workiing

    K series has two sensors opposite each other, top/front (brown) sensor sends info to engine Management, second bottom/rear one (black) is for temp gauge make sure you've fitted correct one in right place. if still don't work, try the sausage again!

    Yeah, was done yesterday, no change, currently a piece of fire blanket keeping both parts separate to reduce noise although have opened up the weld on middle box, so will need at least some replacing of exhaust system, just want to get to root cause before investing in new pipes.
