Sounds like the hose to the intercooler is damaged. I had same problem, changed hose which cost about £20 and no problem since.

Just got my td4 back from garage after having new slave cylinder and clutch fitted.Cost £616.00 total,parts,labour and vat but struggling to get into gear. Returning to garage to complain that it is worse now than when it went in.

On normal day to day running I am getting a steady 40MPG on my 2003 Td4

now I realise why I need to fit new speakers the old ones must have fallen off :):)

Already done that so doors are now secure its just the rest of the bits I need to prevent falling off. :)
