thanx guys it turns out it was the steering damper i changed it an now she back to her old rickerty self cheers once agian

has just passed mot 2 weeks ago and has been doin it for a while now so i presume ball joints and stuff are fine will put new bearings in an see if that solves it cheers

hey guys i am looking for some advice from you all, i have a disco 300 tdi and when driving at over 40 mph if i go over a manhole cover or the drain covers at the edge of the road the whole car shakes violently and wont stop til i slow right down any ideas what this could be would help massivley...

i have a 96 300 disco an mine did the same for ages an then just wouldnt start ever if you run a direct line from the battery to the back of the starter motor i bet she starts lol the problem will be with the control unit hidden deep in the dashboard and it will have a dryjoint or 2 its a pain...

Just had a thought if any one knows the answer does the power supply to the windows go through the lift ecu before or after the ignition barrel ? i am getting power to the ecu but not to the fuse box?

if only it was that easy lol but i got 4 soddin kids so i need all the doors i can get

yeah is a disco i have had the ecu out inspected it an all looks fine, i am now at a loss to what to do next any help would be great lol

I have today con checked every inch of wiring to both rear windows and all wiring is fine this problem is now becoming most annoying it has to b something silly that i am missing are there any more fuses in the system i dont know about apart from the main fuse board ? If any one has any ideas i...
