There were a few that tried more than they could do unfortunately! The td5 used the marshals and his winch and eventually got out. Was a great day out and will go back! Can't wait.

Went today with a few mates, blue disco, blue freelander, green wolf 110 and black td5 that got rather stuck! Had a great time was wet and slippy but very fun! First time I've been in my own car and had a great time.

I had a leaky hub oil seal on my disco and it covered the disc and pads and inside of the wheel with grease! I'd definatly get it fixed. Matt

Cheers guys, Had a look on ebay now and there seem to be a few. Hopefully this will be the problem I've look over the pipes and the elbow that goes to the turbo seems to feel a bit soft but doesn't look too bad inside. Will also look at a de-cat pipe too see if that makes a difference...

Oops sorry chaps, It's a 300Tdi, The part that the leak appears to be coming from is the gasket between the vacum pump and the block. Think i'l take it off and put some instant gasket behind it.

Could be the front prop uj! Mine started shaking vilontly from 2000-3000rpm looked underneath earlier and the uj on the back of the front prop has more play in it than that! Worth checking! Matt

Hi all. I had another go at changing the fuel filter at lunch today, tried the lift pump first and it worked! So whipped old filter off filled new one with diesel bled the system with the lift pump, jobs a gooden! Thanks for all you're help guys! Matt
