I have checked the fuel pump timing and it,s spot on just ordered a set of injectors .

Thanks for that i have tried checking the pump timing but difficult to find the hole that locks the crankshaft(in flywheel) I Know it,s somewhere behind the gearbox but need to get the car up on some lifts to gain access i think. Do you happen to know if i would need to recode the fuel pump if...

Hello I am trying to check the fuel pump timing on my L series can anyone tell me how i,m suppost to get the timing peg in the Flywheel to lock the Crankshaft as i can't even see the hole . Or is there an easier way to do this ?

Already tried disconnecting the MAF makes no difference i,m affraid. Revs to 1500 then starts to misfire then smokes like crazy.
