Any news on this? My 300 recently started making a noise when boosting and can't locate the noise. It's getting tiring having that noise.

Mine does just the same, like you say once it's done it when cold it doesn't do it again. I've often thought of getting injectors reconditioned as it's done 200k and works hard for a living but still haven't got around to it. Let us know if you find an answer.

Sounds like mine with 190,000 on the clock. It won't revs cleanly when first started up. Once the revs have reached the higher rev range and the turbo has kicked in it will be better and fine when warm. I put it down to old injectors and hope to have them tested soon. Also when cold on overrun...

Sorry, it's a full width one in front of rad. Looking on allards website there are two brackets that hang down from the slam panel above. I don't have these and also not sure if it should sit on anything as there isn't much there! I assume the rad stays sheer it is? And doesn't move back at all?

Hello, I have an updated intercooler for my 300tdi 130 but it's not come with any instructions on where to fit and what brackets I need etc. Can those on here that have fitted one please help me in where she should sit properly? Many thanks Ed
