Hi all Im having some problems with my central locking on my 97 300tdi, the symptoms are.....unlock the door with the remote, the locks go up but then the drivers lock falls back down and it locks the car again! I also can not open the drivers door with the key, the lock turns but it doesnt...

Had a good look over it today and im not so sure its a blocked rad....i think its a fooked rad, there are hardly any fins left on the rear!! I was going to mm4x4 tomorrow to get some guards etc so i think ill pick up a rad and stat too!! Cheers peeps;)

I have never tried flushing water system with chemicals as it could uncover a load of leaks but would it be worth while on this?

There is some very nice lanes over the back end of Solihull and going out towards Leamington, Stratford Upon Avon Wellsbourne etc. Ill post on here next time we venture out.
