Update....... First my thanx to JP, Clanforbes and gegs88 for the advice. We did strip the heater box out, (what a fiddly f**k that was), the fan motor was indeed dead. Only tore a little of the foam seal as well which glued back in place well enough! Got 2nd hand motor from breakers, which was...

Hi JP. Posted a prob re my heater blower. Its not workin`, so checked the fuse, which was blown. Put a new one in and it sparked and fused immediately. (Live wire??) Mad Hat Man suggested I ask you what may be going on. Cheers, Ken.

Fuse for the heater blower was gone, put a new one in, it sparked like a good `un and immediately blew. Obviously a live wire, so what could be the cause? S`pose I know the answer. Have I really got to pull all the wires out and check them all?

Yes I know, another bloody heater question. And `search` doesn`t tackle this, that I could find. When starting journey today, I couldnt hear the heater blower, nothing coming from vent my side, so assumed maybe check the fuse when I get back. Asked the wife to feel for air coming out vent on...

I started off with standard bulbs, all present and all working. Just didnt illuminate all of the guage and was so dull I couldnt see it anyway. Hence the `upgrade` to blue bulbs which didnt work either. Now I may try the LED`s once I hear what jai has to say, or other peoples opinions.

In what way did your LED`s suck jai. Not bright enough, didn`t fit ? Need to know cos goin` up to Maplins on next opening day and dont wanna waste my money. Did you get exactly what was in the youtube clip in earlier post, or something else?
