defender 90 with clicking noise from n/s rear axle only when going forwards feels likesomthing catching in diff any ideas jacked up both sides can turn o/s no noise when i put diff lock on get 1/8 of a turn with ticking noise before it locks on near side only

had a problem just like you on 90 and it was rear prop joint at diff got new one fitted solved

got it in the end after pulling my hair out the problem was water sensor on bottom of filter replaced it with bolt and washer

how old is your starter and is your fuel pressure regulater leaking this happend to mine worth look as the fuel drips on to the starter

also look at wheel bearings starter fuel pump abs all costy repairs but we love them

in workshop all night when i take filter off the pump makes no noise put the filter back on whines like the wife going to try new filter tomorow so if the pump makes no noise but when under pressure whines does this mean the pump is fecked help i am pulling my hair out

cant find air leak was told it is a pressure system more like to have a leak of fuel but dont have one any other info would be greatfull

got the same prob if you press bottom button on fob and push tailgate button at the same time it will open works for me anyway
