Sorry to drag up such an old topic but I have a question. When the engine is not running, would you not want to isolate the cranking battery? So that if you kill the aux battery running say audio, you can then start it with the cranking battery. Only problem I can see with this system is that...

Lol, took nothing out. I just drained almost all of it and filled it back up to the required level. Serviced it today. I've got the RAVE manual, sorry for being dumb, but I still can't see how the fans are controlled. Anyone? Thanks!

Hi, my friends 1.8 Freelander fans are not comming on in traffic causing it to overheat. Phoned LR and there is no thermo switch on the rad apparently. Quick search said temp sensor, but I'm confused. What do I do to get these working? They come on with AC. Thanks! :)
