Have you checked the pipes from the pump as they could be split.

You could spend hours playing around cleaning and putting a new sensor on. Just stick a new bearing on it and hope it cures it. It did on mine.

Be careful if you are buying off ebay a lot of them advertise stock but don't actually keep them in. It took me 3 attempt to get mine as the manufacturer had an issue supplying them. Message them fist to check for stock.

Might not be the solution but I have never really used the power fold mirrors on any of my cars that have it fitted so I would set them then unplug them from the loom.
