No it Only happens when I am moving starts at about 15-20mph checked the props shafts and there is no play at all

Just acquired a 1996 disco v8 3.9 auto duel fuel, and when driving it knocks sounds to be coming from the middle to the front of the car. I have checked the prop shafts for play and they are fine I have checked all the fluid levels and they are fine i had to drain some out of the front diff...

im just wondering if my terrafirma medium duty front springs would go on the rear of my 90? so i can get some light duty front springs. i know this is probably a silly question but thanx for any advice in advance :)

would i get any benifits if i was to convert the chassis to accept 110 springs if they are 110 ones its going to be a van carrying stuff about and towing anyway

i baught a medium duty 2" terifirma spring and shock set a while ago and stuck them in the workshop till i could get time to fit them, i recently took them out the box and im confused about the sizes, my original 90 seems to have the same width springs front and back only difference is that the...

im a welder by trade and speedglass is the way forward i was using a cheap one off ebay and i never had a problem with that, the speedglass is just more comfortable to me

i need a td gearbox my3rd gear has gone..i just been skipping it but its starting to bug me now.

i used an oil filter wrench on my 90 :-) allways works a treat

i dident even think about that lol, im used to getting into akward tight spaces wiv mig or stick gear so i should get away with leaving most of the bodywork on as i have checked the extent of the rot allready :bounce:

i work in a ship building/repair yard so i no they are big sets but to be honest i havent looked at them to study what they are i no its made by murex though i could do with a mig for at home anyway :D cheers

hmm i c your point, i was thinking i would be able to get in there wiv the wings off though oh well i will wait for the money from my motorbike accedent to come through the door and buy a new mig welder :). then i can cheat n keep as much bodywork on as possible

i would like to know if i can use a tig welder to do my chassis repair as i cant there being a problem as long as it is clean enough or should i go out and use it as an excuse to buy a mig welder :confused: i got to do the front end and im a welder by trade so was thinking it would be ok. cheers...
