Thanks for the reply does the outer sill cover the bottom side of the sill as well as the biggest hole is there approx 2 inch by 12 inch or are my likely to need the inner and outer sill. The way my luck has been going so far It will probably be the two. Kevin

Help please:) My discovery 200tdi needs a new sill on the drivers side. There is a big hole on the underside of the sill and when I removed the trim and carpet inside there are a few small holes at the top of the sills. Mainly where the screws for the trims were fitted.:eek: I have looked on...

Thanks The inner part of the sill seems ok I was hoping I would only need the outer part. The hole has turned up at the bottom of the sill and has come away from the inner part. I will have to re check the whole thing. I've just welded a new floor panel in the boot and a new crossmember...

Hi Iwas rubbuing the silla down on my Discovery to find the driver side one is rotten massive hole it just fell appart. :mad: If anyone has done a sill replacement I would very much appreciate some advice before I start.:confused: Kevin
