I'm taking it that would be private selling price?, the only 300tdi's i have seen trade have all been around 6k-7k mark........and they seem to be few and far between too.

Ok so does anyone know what a mint condition 300tdi defender should be selling for, cheers ?

It's actually a defender i'm looking for cheers, i practically had to give my disco away so the price of those is no where near what it is for a defender, cheers anyway.

They are based in blackburn, lancashire and they have a 94 300tdi defender csw for 7k which according to lro magazine puts it in the "mint condition" catagory for that price so what do you think, seeing as though some of you have tried to steer me away from using simmonites this is the next best...

Any last minute advice as i have decided to go for the defender over another disco, good reliable places to buy in west yorkshire would be good ?.....but it has to be a dealer as i need to trade in the clio, i know some say simmonites are expensive but does that mean they are bad? or just...

the units came from a parts supplier on ebay, they are called jgs 4x4, i got front indicators, side indicators and the rear units too, they were about ten quid more than the standard coloured ones but they make the disco look really nice.

believe it or not i didn't even know my 300 tdi disco had one until yesterday mainly because it never worked from when i bought it, so i checked the bulb......works fine, checked the fuse......still in tact, even removed glove box to find the switch and there i found that no power is getting to...

absolutely fantastic, look after it and it will last you years, i found a gem and i'm keeping it, ten years old and it passed it's last three MOT's. they can do just about anything asked of them. Excellent choice :)

I have a 300 tdi disco with standard cloth interior but i have seen some grey leather power seats from an early range rover vogue, the guy thinks they will fit but my question is can these be wired up by simply running a new cable to them or is there more to it than that? and can anyone confirm...
